Back in Helsinki
Ok. Now I am done with my 'tour de Finlande' and I will stay in Helsinki for the rest of my visit. Jetlag is gone. Yay. Though, there is another pain keeping me awake more than I would choose to stay awake: Vimme has a cold and so do I. I do hope I will have some conscious days here in Helsinki before we'll fly back to Tokyo.

I remember that you were dismayed when Vimme referred to that small collection of trees outside your flat as a "forest." Did he get to see a real forest on your tour? I hope you are both feeling better and having fun.
We haven't been to a real forest yet, but I intent to take Vimme to a forest when I get better. There would have been acres and acres of forest to look at from the train window on our way to Oulu... it was just so dark that you couldn't see that much.
