Spraying

I can't but admire all effords people make here to keep this country clean and in order. Today, while riding my bicycle home from a play ground, I saw a woman spraying water (or even some desinfecting liquid) on a corner of a fence where her tiny dog had just peed. Impressive, isn't it!
