Yep - there is actually only 'here and now' and the fact that are we doing what we want to do right now or are we doing something we have just ended up to do. If we dislike what we are doing we keep on drifting away from the moment and loose it that way.
I have chosen to be at home with the boy. Still I sometimes have days when I wish I could open a Guinness bottle after another and play comp-games all day long or lie on the couch and read for hours. ;-)
