The Bed Was Shaking

Early this morning we had an earth quake again. We woke up to a shaking bed and we definitely didn't cause the shaking ourselves. Japan Today's web site tells the following about the dramatic catastrophe:

At a Seven-Eleven convenience store in Tsukuba, about 10 cans of beer toppled from a shelf and were damaged.

Seriously, I am glad that nothing more dramatic happened.

According to later news 19 people were hurt. The quake, 5.4 on Richter scale, was centered at 130 km north-west from Tokyo and 40 km inside the ground. So far from us and still so strong.

I hope that is the strongest one you feel!

The quote I put on this site was removed later from Japan Today's news about the earth quake.
I wonder why.
I too hope we don't have to feel a really strong earth quake. Ever. Small ones are ok.
