I can't help liking Paulo Coelho's books. I found 'The Pilgrimage' in english at a book shop next to O-okayama station.
Once I read critics that claimed all Coelho's stories to be the same - therefore nothing good. But isn't that the case with all the writers. They repeat the story they know, dressing it up to different out fits and people who like the original story, are happy to read new versions of it.
